Fees for Elvis R LLC, including three phases:
Phase 1: 3D Unreal Engine or Unity Renderings
Cost: $100,000.00 per project
Deliverables: High-quality 3D renderings of the proposed design, using either Unreal Engine or Unity software
Timeline: Dependent on the scope of the project, typically 6-10 weeks
Phase 2: Custom Architectural Elements Design Plans
Cost: $75,000
Deliverables: Detailed design plans for all approved custom architectural elements
Timeline: Dependent on the scope of the project, typically 4-6 weeks
Phase 3: Design Management Fee
Cost: $25,000.00 per month minimum 6 months
Deliverables: Ongoing design management services for residential, restaurant, and commercial property design projects
Timeline: Minimum 6 months, with ongoing services provided as needed
These fees are subject to change based on the specific needs and requirements of each project. Please note that any services or changes requested beyond the scope of the initial agreement may result in additional fees.

Following a high-level consultation, clients have the opportunity to schedule a one-on-one project evaluation where Elvis will assess, identify and strategize next steps. Feedback and guidance will be offered to align with his exclusive mentorship program intended to set clients up for success.

Upon one-on-one evaluation, Elvis will design client projects through high-level renderings. Offering professionalism and expertise, a team of industry leading experts will develop a sophisticated website presentation to articulate objectives and help raise money or hire a team to complete the project. Custom designed website will consist of inspirational images, modeling of elements, photo quality renderings and an estimated scope of work budget.

Elvis also specializes in custom designed furniture and lighting specific to your project. Most of his personal designs are filled with his manufactured decor.
